These performance times are currently provisional and could change nearer the festival time...the best thing to do is check back at regular intervals!!

Volunteers

We are always pleased to welcome volunteers!! You'll get free admittance during the festival, in return for 5 hours of hard work and a few laughs. If you are interested in helping during the next festival, please get in touch!

Beer Tent , Soft Drink and Food Stalls

The admission ticket includes one free (empty) plastic glass. Subsequent glasses are 50p each, so hang on to your glass!

The beer tent has been reorganised to ensure prompt service with minimal queuing.

The soft drinks area provides a range of non-alcoholic drinks at normal pub prices.

A wide range of food stalls are available to suit every taste including roast pork and apple baps, burgers, vegetarian selection and ice creams.

Warning and Restrictions

To hold an event of this nature we have to have a licence from the local council and insurance. If we do not comply with the regulations we may not be able to hold the event again, so please help us by following the guidelines below.

No glass bottles or glasses are allowed on site. This has to be strictly enforced to comply with Herefordshire CC music license and for insurance purposes.

No Dogs will be allowed on site, with the exception of certified guide dogs.

No Parking in the village centre or village hall car parks. There are three (well sign posted) car parks only a short walk from the venue. (four disabled parking spaces are available in front of The Alma Inn).

Children under 14 years with a responsible adult are admitted free of charge. In the event of children destroying straw bales or spoiling the enjoyment of others, the children and their parent / guardian will be asked to leave.
